Standard Consumables, Maintenance items, and Wear-and-Tear parts like Tires, Brake Pads, Clutch Plates, Spark Plugs, Belts, Hoses, and Exterior Trim/Body parts are usually excluded. Routine maintenance costs are covered separately under MAS Assurance Service Package.
The Service Package covers the cost of parts, Oil, Fluids, and Labor for the scheduled services defined by the manufacturer for the tenure of the package. It does not cover accidental damage or non-scheduled repairs.
No. The MAS Extended Warranty covers mechanical and electrical failures that occur under normal operating conditions. Accidental damage must be claimed under your comprehensive motor insurance policy.
A Vehicle Extended Warranty covers mechanical and electrical breakdowns (internal failure of parts like the Engine or Transmission) that happen under normal use, usually after the manufacturer's warranty expires. A Vehicle Insurance Policy covers financial loss from Accidents, Theft, Fire, and damage to others.
You must take your vehicle to an Authorized Workshop immediately upon noticing a mechanical failure. The workshop will inspect the vehicle and directly submit the repair estimate and documentation to us for pre-approval before commencing any work.
All repairs must be carried out at an authorized service center PAN India.
With MAS Assurance policy, you will not have to pay anything out-of-pocket when your claim is processed at authorized service centers throughout India.
Yes, both the Extended Warranty and Service Package are transferable to the new owner. This can significantly increase the resale value of your vehicle. There is NO CHARGE for the transfer process and you must inform us within a specified timeframe of the sale.
